His Touch Ministries reaches out to a variety of
people in difficulty through individual, couple, and family care. Over
an average of four to six months, marriages have been restored, rebellious
and hurting children have been reached, and lives have change direction
toward God. Chuck and Jo have found this to be an effective means of
touching people for Jesus.
Over the past several years, Chuck and Jo have been teaching courses
both at home and in several area churches. There are those who would
never seek care but will attend a class. Through these classes, the
type of community and fellowship the Bible commands is formed as the folks
involved become invested in, as well as learning to be available for one
another. Often, when asked for the definition of a Biblically-functioning community, the students will respond that the class time has
become that community for them.
Chuck is uniquely gifted by God to teach, as he is a
passionate, engaging individual who urgently seeks fresh ways to share
timeless truths. He uses interactive videos, and his own work, and offers a guiding light to those in the darkness
of desperation. Jo is also a gifted teacher and mentor. She is a warm, compassionate woman with wisdom to share. Her students and mentees often become friends, and frequently develop into leaders as well. She uses a variety of resources and venues to share timeless truths.
Chuck and Jo also teach seminars and retreats. These
